Join Karen Wang Diggs in this iconic bookstore for all book lovers. She will do a reading of The book Awesome Asian Women and share the story of her aunt (from the last generation of Chinese women subjected to foot-binding), who inspired her to write the book.
Karen will also be in conversation with another local Asian woman artist to discuss the intersection of art, feminism, and the many challenges and triumphs of being an Asian female artist in America.
